Problem:
Client needed custom designed Bane Helmet that fits Actor Shane West.

Solution:
3D modelled helmet over a 3D scan of Actor. Efficient iteration development with costume designer/director. Files optimised for 3D printing in 1:1 scale. Assembled in Brooklyn, NY.

Result:
A helmet that fit actor perfectly, even though client, actor and director were in Brooklyn New York. Helmet used in Gotham TV series.

Bonus:
This created new opportunity for both myself and Art Director Miodrag Guberinic to work together on new projects, costumes and props. Also developed industry relationships with 3D scan services in Brooklyn
